A – If you tell us which Country (not channels) you don’t want we will remove them from your subscription.
A- If you share the Line in Public networks on Internet (websites,reStream..) and there will be no refund.
A- First, please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.
– If you have Phone, tablet . connected to same internet try with them, to setup on this devices please check our tutorials, if the problem was exist on the other devices as well, it’s time to switch mobile network and try without home wifi , if it was working fine so the problem is with your internet provider
– check if you are not overloading your network with downloading or watching movies, etc… on these devices.
– Reboot your devices and wait for 30 sec before turning them back on (STBs, Android Boxes, Routers, Cable modems)
– Make sure you are connecting using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to devices and not via Wifi.
– If your network connection is no problem, please check whether your account is used on other devices.
– If none of above steps don’t Help. Otherwise contact Us after at least 20 Minuetes.

If a channel is down, we will do our best to restore that back to service.
Please use the guidelines below before reporting a channel:
– Stop and give it a couple of minutes. We reboot and swap channels when needed. The channel may be coming back.
– Is this happening on all channels? If it is, you need to check on your end.
– Reboot your devices and wait for 30 secs before turning them back on (STBs, Android Boxes, Routers, Cable modems)
– Make sure you are connecting using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to devices and not via Wifi.
A- If while you are watching a channel the service appears to have paused, simply select and open another channel, then return to the original channel to see if it is now playing, this can be due to break in transmission for a second, the software will halt under these conditions.
A- We can not promise all channels are working properly due to your Internet speed,
Individual channel technical difficulties or if incompatible device/app/program is used. If problem persist, Then you must report Us
A- So far we have not seen a VPN or Proxy that was reliable enough for streaming
A – Providing services and setting up a new account bring costs to US. Therefore, before paying for the service, be absolutely sure that you want the service, otherwise we can change your service or You will get a refund If you have paid for the service but we haven’t yet activated the service for you, you can request a cancellation and refund.
We try to do our best by fixing any issue or replacing with another service ( we have three different services) if you contact Us for help and we can not solve your problem also by replacing the service after a certain time, then we make a refund
-Some guys open case in paypal without contacting us and do not know that IPTV is not legal,if paypal realize that what they bought.
then will close the buyer account immidetiatly due to breaking their terms.

A- Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed, high internet traffic. If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer.
A- We always recommend that you connect your device hardware (ethernet).
A- Issuing an Email for account activation or technical support will get responded between 30Minutes for activation and 1 Hour to 2 for technical support . But we intend to reply within the hour of receiving the mentioned tickets. But during peak hours this can take up to 3 hours.
A- The last chance and method is to check by us in your end with your computer on windows, you must install anydesk.com software on windows and send its ID, then we will connect to your desktop remotely and check it together for you internet state and many other parameters with different application to find your problem
